If you are looking for a page counter and website statistics tool (for FREE) Google Analytics (formerly known as Urchin) is a very good tool for monitoring your website. To use it, you just setup a Google Analytics account at http://www.google.com/analytics/ and then insert a little bit of javascript (they provide you with) into your website.
Analytics provides much more useful information than just seeing how many user have flipped a counter on your site.
I recently recently updated IE on my computer to IE7 and found the need to test my web pages on older versions of IE. As with all IE updates I expected that I could no longer test my webpages on older versions of IE without running virtual machines with older versions of IE or finding someone in my office who was still browsing, old-skool.
Well it appears someone created stand-alone versions of IE. Find more information on these stand-alone versions here.
